General Eligibility – Pre-approval

Operate within Victoria’s High Country and be open to the public.
Hold an active ATDW (Australian Tourism Data Warehouse) listing and commit to keeping this current for the duration of RHCP participation.
Clearly highlight cycle-related facilities or services on their business website, ideally supported with images.
Demonstrate a clear commitment to engaging with and supporting the cycle tourism market.
Post-approval commitment

Display Ride High Country Preferred collateral (sticker, counter stand or poster with QR code).
Feature the RHCP website tile on their website, linking to official Ride High Country program information.
Collateral and website assets will be provided if your business is RHCP approved.
Minimum Service Requirements (all business types)

Complimentary water refills for cyclists.
Cycle-aware staff who can direct visitors to local rides, routes, and bike service options.
Display of local cycling maps, guides and event posters (where relevant).
Bicycle parking (rack where practical).
Bicycle floor pump available for visitor use.
Bicycle locks available for visitor use.
Additional Requirements for Accommodation Providers

We supply floor mats for customers to store their bikes in their rooms.
We offer a locked room for bike storage.
We have a secure garage available for bike storage.
Plus at least four (4) of the following:

E-bike charging facilities.
Bike wash station.
Maintenance tools and/or workspace.
Cycling consumables available for purchase (e.g. tubes, nutrition).
Early arrival / late departure change facilities.
Laundry and drying facilities.
Fitness and recovery equipment.
Bike hire or rental partnerships (on-site or nearby).
