Applications are now open for Agriculture Victoria’s Rural Women’s Network Leadership and Mentoring Program for 2025–26.
This flagship program aims to address the underrepresentation of women in agricultural leadership by building skills, confidence, networks and mentoring support. Women from diverse backgrounds, abilities and experiences are strongly encouraged to apply, including those who may not identify as leaders but demonstrate leadership in everyday and often unrecognised ways.
The program will be delivered through immersive, in-person sessions, including two compulsory three-day residential sessions in March and May 2026, followed by a final workshop and graduation ceremony in Melbourne on 27 May 2026.
All study and accommodation costs are covered for successful participants, with additional financial assistance available for travel and childcare to reduce barriers to participation.
Applications close 1 February 2026.
