As part of our commitment to greater inclusivity in travel, Tourism North East has unveiled new content to showcase the warm welcome that awaits all visitors to Victoria’s High Country.
The new Accessible Holiday Guide to Victoria’s High Country is a resource designed to give holidaymakers the knowledge and confidence they need to plan a visit. The Guide highlights accessible travel options, features inclusive tourism operators, and offers essential planning resources.
The businesses profiled in this first phase successfully completed TNE’s Accessible Tourism Enhancement Program. Working through a number of educational modules, the Program’s end goals were to provide verified information, and to inspire all travellers — regardless of their access needs — to holiday in the High Country with ease and confidence, while helping our local operators improve their visitor experience.
