H5 Bird Flu – Latest Information as of 3rd August 2026
As of 3rd August, seven cases of H5 bird flu have been confirmed in Victoria. There remain no H5 bird flu detections in poultry or other livestock in Australia, and risk to human health of H5 bird flu remains low.
