Parks Victoria are currently seeking suitably qualified Mobile Traders with excellent operational knowledge to provide a high-quality visitor experience at Lake Eildon.
This provides the opportunity to deliver a key visitor offering where demand for high-quality, low-impact food and beverage services has grown in parallel with increasing visitation and shifting visitor expectations.
Interested Mobile Trade Operators can register on the Buying for Victoria Portal (no cost) and can then download the EOI opportunity documentation, including the application form, and the Expression of Interest user guide.
This is a single stage EOI process which is open until 4pm on Wednesday 6 August 2025.
