The Victorian Tourism Leadership Program (VTLP) is VTIC’s flagship tourism leadership development program. VTLP builds skills in emotional intelligence, strengths-based leadership and performance and equips graduates with tangible skills to directly apply in their workplace.
Mel Neil, Founder and CEO of Mind Insurance and The Institute of EI, leads participants using the latest science, empirical leadership frameworks and challenges real-time application of the learning back in the workplace.
VTLP is an exclusive program, limited to just 25 participants.
