The Creative Projects Fund is a Victorian Government initiative designed to support professional artists, creative groups, and micro-to-small organisations in bringing new ideas to life.

Offering one-off grants between $10,ooo and $30,000, the fund backs the development and launch of creative content, products, or experiences that reflect Victoria’s unique cultural identity. Whether you are looking to reach new markets, invest in innovative digital projects, or embark on professional development and mentorships, this program provides the essential short-term funding needed to break new ground in the industry.

Applications for the upcoming round open on Thursday, 19 March 2026, and close on Thursday, 16 April 2026. To ensure equitable access, the fund includes dedicated streams for First Peoples and Deaf and Disabled creatives, as well as an “Uncovering Talent” focus area for those who haven’t previously received Creative Victoria funding.

Projects supported in this round are expected to commence from 1 October 2026, offering a great opportunity for regional tourism and creative partners to collaborate on high-quality visitor experiences and community-led storytelling.
