The Typsy Online Learning platform offer online micro courses that act as fast & easy training solutions for tourism businesses and their staff (all available for free) – to improve fundamental skills in customer service, accommodation, events and hospitality.
This program is delivered in conjunction with the Victorian Government and VTIC to help operators fill critical skill gaps.
Typsy has over 1000 ‘bite-sized’ lessons in an online video library.
